Last night we went to the Appalachian Fair. It was smaller then the fairs that we've been to in Utah,but it still had all the old staples i.e. cotton candy, corn dogs, fries, burgers, candy apples. Maddie was just tall enough to ride the rides and she had a blast. My boyfriend Jake Owen performed, and he sure can put on a show! :) Good times. The highlight of the fair was this little water wheel exhibit with ducklings. The ducklings would swim together as group, walk up a plank, and then slide down the waterslide. It was adorable.

While it might have been small, it looks like a fun time!
But if we went to a fair I'm not sure Gem if would be tall enough to ride any rides. ;o)
oh how fun. I love small town fairs. it reminds me of home. cute pics.
